How ever needed them quite quickly..its now been a week since I ordered and check the tracking everyday...still not even with the courier yet so the wait is a little disappointing
Still not received the order
We placed a small order almost a month ago and it should have arrived on Monday for an event today. Apparently, the company does not know where it is and is blaming Evri, who has it listed in their system as not having been received from the company yet although National Pen email us saying the order was dispatched a week ago. Really bad customer service as many here have already pointed out and the representative I spoke to on the phone seemed unconcerned about the fact that our order has not been delivered and will not be delivered on time.
Don't use this company if your order is in any way time-sensitive.

Pens write beautifully and easy to hold
Pens write beautifully and easy to hold. Fairly prompt service. Almost completely satisfied....but the delivery cost is exorbitant. This was my 3rd order but I will now need to look to other suppliers. What a shame!!

Tried to pay bill. Very rude. Unless I completed survey, would not let me pay bill. Arrogant and rude
Good service with delivery. However 20 pens short. Rang and explained. No response. So paid for 140 only received 120

Good quality pen
Good quality pen, bit disappointed that our school name has been printed in such a small font. Possibly that's my fault but I assumed, wrongly, that it would be in a bigger, bolder font to fill the space provided.

What the cheek! Goods not received yet asking for a review!!
What the cheek! Asking for a review when I haven't received the order. Ordered on the 27th of June. I got an email on 7th of July that order has been shipped and to allow 24 hours to show tracking information. 7 days later courier is still showing "we are expecting it". I called up and was told tracking information provided by the courier is not correct and that the courier company definitely had the goods as at the 7th of July and the order is scheduled to be delivered to me on 13th or 14th of July. Its the 18th today and nothing! I actually got a email from the courier company on Saturday that they had received my order for shipping that day but its been sorted through the hub. Thats been since Saturday 16th morning and its still being "sorted". Not sure if pens.com actually know where the goods are! Just so frustrating!!
UPDATE - they have replied that they have sent me a direct message. Maybe its coming by pigoen as I've not received any message. Checked spam too. Courier page (EVRI) still showing goods are being sorted through the senders hub. What a farce! Wish I read the reviews before ordering!

Delayed delivery…
Pens only took 2 days to print but then 10 day wait between being told they were ready and receiving them. With exorbitant delivery charge of over £16 and a parcel weight under 1 Kg, this was disgraceful. It would have cost less than £6 for the parcel to be delivered next day by Royal Mail.

Disgusting service
I'm disgusted by your poor, insensitive services. The misleading information on your website which indicates 10 to 15 days of delivery is ill-willed and deliberately calculated to lure people into the traps of making an order with you. Your customer care service is the worst ever as could be seen from the disdainful, unhelpful, and racist approach taken by some of your untrained customer care agents in handling customer queries. I'm less impressed by the apathy shown by some of your customer care agents than I am about your promptness in responding to calls. I placed an order on 25/6 which was to be ready for use outside the UK by 17/7. I rang 3 times, sent an email to request that my order be prioritised for delivery before 17/7, but nothing was done. I was told the order can only arrive on 18/7 at the earliest. I even offered to pay for express delivery yet nothing was done. A fraudulent, deceptive shipping confirmation email was sent to me on 07/7 but the courier company noted on their tracking site that the order had not reached them. Up till the time of this review ( 1 week after I got the shipping confirmation), the tracking site still shows that the order has not been received from National Pen. Customer care agents promised to escalate this but nothing came out of it. No supervisors or senior managers to speak to over the phone when urgent and pressing cases arise. Now I'm being forced to await an order that will arrive far beyond the stipulated delivery date and beyond the date of the event for which the pens were ordered. I was told my order cannot be cancelled nor should I expect a refund. It is the worst online order of my life. I regret making this order.

We love National Pen at our school
We love National Pen at our school. We use them all the time for our End of Year gifts, (usually a personalized pen). Good quality, good value for money and efficient service.
